We may also collect some special categories of personal data from candidates (such as health information or criminal records) if this is necessary for a specific job role or required by law. We will always ask for your explicit consent before processing this type of data.
Who we share your personal data with
We may share your personal data with various third parties for different purposes. Here are some examples:
- With clients: We share candidates' personal data with clients who have vacancies that may be suitable for them. We only share the minimum amount of information necessary for the recruitment process and we obtain candidates' consent before doing so.
- With software vendors: We use various software tools and platforms to manage our recruitment data and activities. Some of these tools may store or process your personal data on our behalf. We only use reputable vendors who comply with GDPR and have adequate security measures in place. We also have written contracts with them that specify their obligations and responsibilities as data processors.
- With other agencies: We may collaborate with other recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates or clients for our services. We only share your personal data with other agencies if this is necessary for the recruitment process and we obtain your consent before doing so.
- With authorities: We may disclose your personal data to authorities (such as tax authorities or law enforcement agencies) if this is required by law or if we have a good faith belief that this is necessary to protect our rights or interests or those of others.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep your personal data

- For candidates: We keep your personal data for 36 months after the last contact we had with you or after you requested us to delete it (whichever comes first). This is because we want to keep in touch with you about future job opportunities that may be relevant for you. If you do not want us to keep your personal data for this purpose, please let us know.
- For clients: We keep your personal data for 36 months after the last contact we had with you or after you requested us to delete it (whichever comes first). We may also keep some of your personal data for longer periods if this is necessary for legal reasons (such as tax obligations or litigation purposes).
